The Role We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Lead Operations Readiness Engineers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role ensuring that our clients operations are fully prepared for safe and efficient start-up and ongoing production. Our clients cover multiple industries including Hydrogen, Oil and GAS upstream/midstream, LNG, petrochemicals & Refinery, Power and Renewables. Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Expected: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field Proven experience in operations readiness within the Energy sector Project Management experience: managing and coordinating complex moving projects Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in relevant software and tools Desirable: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP)
