Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
2. Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of care staff.
3. Conducting client assessments and developing individual care plans.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
5. Managing budgets and resources effectively.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
7. Providing on-call support and covering shifts as required.
8. Participating in the company's on-call rota, providing emergency cover outside of office hours.
