The Role
We are seeking an outstanding Clinic Administrator / Front of House to be the face of our clinic. Please only apply if you have experience; otherwise, you WILL NOT be considered for this role. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a highly professional, impeccably presented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, providing a seamless experience for both clients and staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming clients with warmth, impeccable manners, and professionalism.
2. Managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and responding to new enquiries with confidence and efficiency.
3. Scheduling and maintaining a full clinic diary for 1-3 practitioners.
4. Ensuring all new clients receive comprehensive information and are smoothly guided through the booking process.
5. Overseeing patient flow and clinic operations to ensure a seamless experience.
6. Managing clinic stock and supplies, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring accurate reporting.
7. Coordinating and organising staff training and diary.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and engaging manner.
2. Fluent and articulate in English, with impeccable communication skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
4. Proficiency in diary management systems, emails, phone calls, and spreadsheets.
5. Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or clinical environment is a plus (minimum of 2 years in a role similar).
6. Background knowledge in advanced skin treatments is desirable but not essential (full training provided).
7. Professional appearance and a keen eye for detail.
