We are currently recruiting for a Lead Van Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at Team Leader Level to support our IP Logistics. You must hold a full and up to date full UK driving license.
What is involved
1. Maintain all route and delivery schedule data and review quarterly.
2. Ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.
3. Undertake, in conjunction with the Line Manager, monthly performance reviews and annual driver appraisals.
4. Assist in the continuous improvement of staff training and wellbeing.
5. Stand in for Logistics Supervisor when required.
6. Undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required.

Required Experience
* 4 years of Van driving experience
* Route management and Team leading experience
* Max 3 points on a license
* Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act desirable
