This role is an exciting blend of relationship building, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales execution. With a focus on maintaining and enhancing FootJoy's reputation as a leader in the golfing industry, you will ensure our products are showcased to their fullest potential while supporting our partners in achieving shared success. You will be tenacious, driven, and confident with the determination to succeed. You will add value to an already high performing team and will demonstrate the following core competencies/skills: • Strong track record of sales excellence, ideally within a FMCG industry, performance product lead industry. • Outstanding people skills, ensuring strong trade partnerships are formed. • The ability to educate trade partners on brand products and strategies. • Outstanding merchandising skills coupled with a ‘sell through mentality’. • Target driven, with a strong will to succeed. • Highly self-motivated individual, with the ability to work within a team. • IT Literate, with strong planning and organisational skills. • Effective written and face to face communication skills. • Negotiation and account management skills. • Effective time management, efficient at hitting deadlines and multitasking • The ability to think creatively, analytically, and commercially. • Highly self-motivated with strong resilience. The successful candidate will live within the sales territory and will be required to stay away overnight on occasion. This is a field-based role requiring someone who is comfortable spending the maximum amount of time in front of customers.
