This role will be dealing with existing customers and offers variation within the role where you can build relationships with customers, engineers and other internal departments.

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
* Handling inbound calls from existing customers and dealing with queries such as invoice queries, confirmation of dates engineers are attending site, any issues the customer may have
* Problem solving and ensuring the customer is satisfied
* Building relationships with customers, engineers and other departments
* Ensuring the database is up to date with notes and any changes that need amending have been completing
* Replying to customers via email
* Ensuring you are delivering a high level of customer service
