Responsible for the Leadership of the Operations team and function as a whole team. Ensure line management duties are carried out with direct reports ensuring appropriate staffing structures are in place to support the needs of the practice. Take accountability for the management of the computer systems and its users to include adding and removing colleagues where relevant.Supporting all colleagues with IT issues. Continual review of practice systems & procedures to ensure optimal delivery of patient services at all times. Any and all changes are to be recorded and impact/risk assessed before implementation until such time the practice has implemented a quality standard system Act as a positive role model to promote team working, respect and excellence.
