Your Mission:
To provide a meaningful & unexpected Prada Beauty Experience and elevated Prada Beauty Services to customers in Point of Exploration and Online to achieve sales targets and build customer loyalty.
Joining us:
* Act as a true Brand Ambassador (Grooming, Attitude, Tone of Voice), by constantly demonstrating PRADA brand values & engagements.
* Share your passion for beauty, product knowledge, and application techniques with customers.
* Demonstrate expert Skincare, Colour, or Fragrance knowledge with proficiency in application techniques.
* Provide beauty/fragrance advice and consultation to create a meaningful & memorable customer experience through human connection and by leveraging brand storytelling & beauty tech tools.
* Build strong emotional bonds with customers and master customer profiling, thanks to active listening and reading between the lines.
* Generate sales to achieve sales targets by applying brand selling methods and maximizing selling opportunities through link-selling and cross-selling.
* Capture customer data qualitatively and quantitatively for loyalty purposes in compliance with applicable data regulations.
* Stay updated on offline and online beauty trends and competition.
* Upskill constantly to adapt to the luxe, beauty, and retail business evolution.
Your Profile:
* You love to share your passion for beauty, connect with people, and accompany your customers on their journey of self-discovery and self-reinvention.
* You are stimulated by sales challenges, creating perfect customer experiences.
* You take pride in building genuine relationships with customers by giving personal and trustworthy advice.
* You are enthusiastic about conversing with customers either face-to-face or online.

Your KPIs:
* Customer satisfaction: NPS/Customer Experience Score.
* Sell-out target.
* Productivity: IPT/AUS/Conversion rate/Daily transactions.
* Data capture: # of new customers, # of updates.
* Beauty Tech Services: # of services/day, WOB (Weight of Business), data capture.
Your Skills:
* Human Connection: Cross-channel empathy, adaptive & engaging selling, active listening.
* Customer Inspiration: Storytelling.
* Data Tools proficiency, Brand & categories knowledge, service orientation, Camera-facing interactions.
* With Purpose: Group & Brand engagement.
Support And Development:
* Your induction will be face-to-face with the Prada education manager.
* From the beginning, you will have a face-to-face induction specializing in the Prada Brand, retail Skills, Cosmetics, Skincare, and Fragrance. Following this, a full training journey will be a mixture of face-to-face in your region, digital e-learning, and live sessions to support your success.
* You will wear a Prada Beauty suit and accessories.
* You will receive Prada beauty products.
* You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself; we will support your development with a best-in-the-business experience.
* The future is yours! We will support your progression leading from a Prada Beauty activator to an Expert Prada Beauty activator, Prada Brand activator, or a business manager.
