The role of the Payroll Coordinator will join a company in a growth period and will contribute to a dynamic, experienced and talented Finance Team. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the payroll process for the company. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including data entry, calculations, and deductions. Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyse payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll records. Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices. Requirements: Degree educated in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations. Proficient in using payroll software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS systems. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
