Associate Practitioner

We are looking for an Associate Practitioner to join our care team in our modern nursing Home.
Working under the leadership and direction of Registered Nurses you will deliver holistic, person-centered care and contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ needs. We are looking for people who really care for others and who want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
In this role you will perform clinical activities and nursing care as deemed competent and delegated by the Registered Nurse. You will also maintain accurate records on all residents to ensure documentation meets agreed standards.
For this role it is essential that you have:
1. Associate Practitioner relevant degree or equivalent
2. Have an active NMC registration
3. Experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care
4. A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectivelyGood communication and relationship building skillsFlexible and adaptable to changes at short noticeWarm, approachable, respectful and engaging personality
