Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated enthusiastic team player who is confident in working with children of all ages as a Recreation Assistant in our Sports Centre. This role will be used to cover for weekends, evenings and hours during the day for our Holiday Club programme. All hours are variable and subject to change, depending on rotas. Duties of this role include running and supervising our children’s Holiday Club sessions and children’s parties. You will have a keen interest in sports coaching and teaching, be able to prioritise tasks successfully and have proven organisational and communication skills. You will have interpersonal skills and be pro-active. Experience of working in a customer focused environment is advantageous.
