Customer Service Representative – Office working
Inspired by their unique client base, our client is looking to add to their growing customer service team to continue to provide a top-quality tailored customer experience.
Employment Type: Full-time temporary to permanent position.
Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly.
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
1. Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner
2. Listen to the customer's needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries
3. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides.
4. Communicating with customers and clients via live chat platforms.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Great team player
3. 6 months Contact Centre background [not essential]
4. Strong communication skills
