The Housing Needs team has an vacancy for a registration and nominations co-ordinator to join the registration team. We are looking for someone with good IT skills and experience in administration and or customer services.
The job involves registering and verifying housing applications for households residing in Merton. Dealing with sensitive medical information queries from customers both on the phone and by email. You will also record and distribute the post for the Housing Needs Team.
Training will be provided to successful candidate.
