Our client based in Woking are seeking an Administrator to come on-board for the next 3 months. The purpose of this role is to support the team providing excellent customer service, as well as providing administration support and data processing. Duties: Respond to written correspondence and handle inbound calls Assist with the day-to-day administration Update and manage the database to ensure customer data is accurate To update any changes to the system Issuing and printing letters to send out to customers Maintain an effective digital filing system Ordering of stationary when required Manage and review files on the Sharepoint system Archive paperwork and documents Invoice new and existing customers Processing of manual payments Raise purchase orders for new suppliers Requirements: Experience working in a customer-facing role either in person or telephone based Strong administration skills Confident user of Microsoft packages Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Available immediately to start the temporary role
