Location: East Kent (Hybrid work available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped bonus potential
Working for a national commercial brokerage with a strong presence in the market that prides itself on flexibility, independence, and a supportive environment empowering brokers to excel. With more new leads than they can handle, they offer an exciting opportunity for brokers to utilize their skills and drive their own success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage renewals and actively broker new business in mainly ‘Wheel’ based risks.
2. Engage in cross-selling to maximize business opportunities.
3. Handle an existing renewal book from day one.
4. Utilize a variety of insurers to tailor solutions for clients.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in commercial broking with a track record of success.
2. Strong ability to cross-sell and generate new business.
3. Motivated and driven, with a desire to exceed targets.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
