Knowledge skills and training
Essential criteria
1. Registered specialist community public health practitioner school nursing
2. Membership of the relevant professional body
3. Evidence of recent cpd
Job specific experience
Essential criteria
4. Recent previous experience within a specialist role
5. Experience of managing change
6. Able to prioritise workload effectively
Managerial / supervisory experience
Essential criteria
7. Experience of mentoring junior staff
Desirable criteria
8. Experience of devising and delivering training
Information technology
Essential criteria
9. Experience of using electronic patient records
Desirable criteria
10. Able to analyse data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Personal qualities

11. Able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation with staff, patients and partner agencies, both verbally and in writing including the exchange of highly complex and sensitive information
