As a Senior Inventory Controller, you will resolve inventory anomalies through root cause analysis and reconciliation, investigating physical inventory, transaction history, and bill of materials to fix process issues causing discrepancies.
You will perform physical control counts and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct control group counts, identify root causes, and collaborate with management for inventory approval and resolution activities.
* Lead cross-functional projects to enhance inventory accuracy.
* Work with the accounts department to resolve Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) and Goods Invoiced Not Received (GINR) issues.
* Perform inventory control functions, including audits and receipt counts.
* Investigate transaction histories, check receipts, liaise with PD/Engineering, and verify bill of materials for correct material dispersal.
* Support departmental goals to meet annual plans.

Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum service in current role or manager’s authorization to apply for internal candidates.
* No active disciplinary actions or performance issues.
* Proficiency in literacy and numeracy (math test required).
* Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Material Planning, and Accounting principles.
* Knowledge of Glovia ERP system (desirable).
* Attention to detail, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Physical involvement with logistics and operations knowledge.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
* Experience with Glovia systems.
