Blue Legal has partnered with a national law firm that is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for one of its regional offices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot, playing a key role in enhancing marketing initiatives, boosting lead generation, and strengthening client engagement.
The Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies using HubSpot to drive lead generation and client engagement.
* Manage and optimise HubSpot for automation, CRM integration, and effective lead nurturing.
* Design and implement a referral marketing programme to deepen client relationships and generate new business.
* Analyse marketing performance and client behaviour, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams including BD, fee earners, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with firm-wide goals.
* Lead digital marketing efforts across content, SEO, PPC, email, social media, and website management, ensuring compliance with legal industry standards.
The Candidate:
* Proven digital marketing experience in a law firm or professional services setting, with strong knowledge of B2B, referral marketing, and the client journey.
* Expertise in HubSpot and digital channels, including CRM, automation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and data-driven strategy development.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to align marketing efforts with regulatory requirements and stakeholder goals.
