Pertemps are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeksResponsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department- Manage meeting room bookings- Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips- Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly- Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier servicesRequirements as a Receptionist:- Previous reception and front of house experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient with Microsoft- Excellent interpersonal skills- Organised and detail - orientatedThe Role:- £12.50 per hour- Full time hours - Monday to Thursday 0900 - 17.30 and 0900 - 17.00 on Fridays- Part time hours are also available Monday to Thursday 1pm - 17.30 and 1pm - 17.00 on FridaysIf you are interested in this Reception position, please apply below with an up to date CV or get in contact with Amy at Pertemps.
