Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and clear communication (ETA of intervention, work performed, etc.).
2. Document work performed on equipment in detailed reports within prescribed deadlines to ensure data accuracy in e-Optimum and customer notifications.
3. Ensure excellence in the relationship between the company and its clients, contacts, and users by embodying KONE's values.
4. Ensure the safety and proper functioning of equipment.
5. Manage the intervention environment during maintenance operations.
6. Identify risks associated with intervention sites and report them to the supervisor.
7. Take immediate action in case of identification of a major risk and apply the information escalation procedure.
8. Identify necessary "unplanned" repair services based on equipment type, contact the intermediary on-site for approval if services are not included in the contract, and proceed with agreed repairs.
9. Ensure user and site safety during interventions.
10. Plan work in collaboration with the service manager.
11. Report sales opportunities to the supervisor.
12. Prepare accurate reports on work performed within the set deadlines.
13. Communicate time sheets related to interventions.
14. Manage local stock (entries, transfers, inventories, etc.) and replenish parts in collaboration with the supervisor.
15. Contribute to continuous improvement of products, methods, and safety by sharing useful observations with the PCM service and supervisor.
16. Communicate regularly with the supervisor on any useful information.
17. Master all aspects of elevators and associated technologies and participate in training sessions.
18. May be required to train/coach individuals at the request of the supervisor.
