Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role requires a commercially-minded individual who can drive growth and lead by example. The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading the sales teams, managing our lead supply, optimizing results, and driving overall performance. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business. This is an exciting time to join the business as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.

9. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Experience/Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the insurance or financial services industry.
2. Extensive experience in sales or commercial roles.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and support the sales team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to develop and implement growth strategies.
6. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to optimise performance.
7. Direct-to-consumer financial services experience is essential to understand and expand our product offerings.
