Role Description:
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Graduate - Permanent - Full Time
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Location: Birmingham, UK
Start Date: Summer 2025 – post graduation
Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
* Attending project meetings
* Formulation review
* Reviewing social media marketing and claim substantiation
* Creating regulatory strategies for global markets
* Creating, maintaining, and conducting gap assessments on technical file documentation and product information files (PIF)
* Label reviews for food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices
* Product registrations and notification, where relevant, across food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices
* Attending client meetings both remote and onsite as and when needed
* Attending exhibitions, conferences, and network events
* Supporting the wider team on project task, activities and actions
* Attending training course and internal training sessions to learn regulatory on the go and expand your knowledge
Requirements
Essential
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field – Chemistry, Biology or relevant Science field
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* Willingness to learn and grow: We are looking for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow as part of a team. A willingness to continuously develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Commercial mind set and energised by a fast paced, dynamic environment
