Cornwall Insight is an award-winning provider of research, analysis, consulting and training to businesses and stakeholders engaged in the Great British and Irish energy markets. We are seeking a marketing executive to join our team in Norwich.
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our services to key stakeholders in Great Britain and Ireland. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with the Go-To-Market team and the wider teams on marketing campaign plans and optimising lead generation performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the targeted pipeline of subscription, consulting and training Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Go to Market (GtM) team
* Analyse marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and report on ROI to improve future campaigns.
* Collaborate with the New Business Team and Account Managers to align marketing efforts with business development goals and acquisition/retention strategies.
* Manage ‘Account Engagement/ Pardot’ in the Salesforce CRM system to ensure all marketing lists are kept up to date, respond to enquiries, track lead to conversion rates and implement automated marketing processes
* Support event planning, including industry conferences, webinars, and exhibitions
* Manage marketing communications via multiple channels, including email, social media, the website and customer portal, ensuring these drive engagement, generate leads and are to brand standard.
* Work with the Subject Matter Experts to develop Thought Leadership for content marketing purposes, including blogs, Insight papers, podcasts and videos.
* Compile the monthly marketing analysis report, offering recommendations of improvement based on data led insights and communicate to internal stakeholders
* Ensure all internal and external documents (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) are presented to brand standard
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Excellent attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience
* Graduate in a relevant discipline or CIM qualification (essential)
* 3 years’ experience in a similar B2B marketing role (essential)
* Website CMS systems (essential)
* Management of social media channels (essential)
* Developing marketing campaigns with demonstratable ROI (essential)
* CRM experience (essential) Salesforce and Account Engagement (formally Pardot) preferred
* Adobe creative software (desirable)
* Experience in the energy industry (desirable)
