We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to join our dedicated Lettings team reporting to our Lettings manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who works well in a team and can also independently manage a portfolio providing that personal touch to their Landlords and Tenants ensuring a lasting relationship. As a Property Manager, you will:
1. Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully compliant
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
3. Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance checks
4. Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
5. Conduct property inspections and ensure any necessary works are completed
6. Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs
7. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and improve processes
8. Ensure systems are up to date
You will have the following skills/experience:
1. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Previous experience in property management or lettings (preferred but not essential)
Details
• Hours of work: 9am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday & 1 Saturday in every six 9 am till 12pm
• Driving licence required
• Pay: Dependent on experience
