You will have good customer care communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, the ability to cope with complex tasks using a database which requires input and questioning of client information and previous experience of working in a busy office environment. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous and be able to work well as part of a team. Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
