Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
-Process orders
- Analyse customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilise Salesforce CRM system to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or products to customers
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
