To order fresh food and other foodstuffs from suppliers.
To regularly monitor stock control.
To prepare meals as per the menus observing residents' special dietary requirements.
To prepare nutritional food to a high standard.
To ensure timely and efficient cleaning of all dishes and utensils.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
To ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to, along with safe working practices and procedures in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations.
To ensure all formal monitoring and recording of refrigerator, chiller, and freezer temperatures in accordance with Environmental Health.
