The role of an Asbestos Surveyor: Conduct management, refurbishment & and demolition surveys across a variety of commercial and industrial sites (will be covering Exeter – Bristol). Perform bulk sampling and analysis, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards. Produce detailed reports to be issued to clients and maintain accurate records. Work closely with clients, providing expert advice and delivering a professional service. What you’ll need to be successful: BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification with at least two years of asbestos surveying experience. Knowledge of asbestos regulations and health & safety standards. Strong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
