Job Description
3. Process and manage vendor invoices and payments
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
5. Maintain accurate financial records
6. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely payments
7. Assist in monthly financial statement preparations
8. Adhere to financial policies and procedures
9. Participate in internal audits
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Data entry experience
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
13. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
14. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
