As a band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse on H3, you will work together with the other Band 6 nurses to support the Ward Manager to deliver excellent care to our patients and their families.
You will need to have a proven record of experience in managing complex patients and development within a team, whilst displaying excellent leadership qualities and supporting more junior staff within the ward area to develop clinical skills. We are also looking for a nurse with experience of managing a team where change has been implemented to improve patient experience.
As a nurse on H3, you will be supported in developing haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and plasma exchange skills.
