The Clinical Digital Nurse/ Midwife/ AHP Educator will support in the development and execution of the Trust's Clinical Digital Education strategies aimed at enhancing clinical data quality and digital systems proficiency of healthcare professionals within the clinical setting. This includes involvement in Clinical Safety, Service improvement and System Optimisation. By collaborating with key stakeholders, digital services, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing a tailored approach to learning, the post holder will support the effective and efficient use of the clinical systems, ultimately improving patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
Facilitate and participate in the development and implementation of projects within the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programmes, including the testing of new software and software updates.
Assist in the development and delivery of IT training for Clinical Staff, including script writing, reviewing e-learning packages, and provide delivery of both classroom training and at the elbow support on the shop floor to address queries, facilitate change and offer guidance to the end-users. Engage with different teams including all Digital teams, Clinical Teams, and occasionally System Suppliers to address issues that may be raised via the IT Service Desk, Datix system, or Software Supplier reporting system; and following investigation update those Users and Systems with the relevant feedback. Be involved with the optimisation of the new EPR.
