Key Responsibilities: To be constantly aware of guest’s needs and ensure that staff also recognise the expectations of guests. To anticipate guest requirements and take appropriate action to avoid guest complaints. To ensure that any guest complaints are resolved and followed up, reporting all incidents to the Head Housekeeper and logging them in the handover book. To take responsibility for a smooth and efficient daily co-ordination of all Housekeeping activities. To check that special guest requests have been attended to. Liaise between Housekeeping and Reception concerning status and availability of rooms.
