Central Employment are working with a long standing and established digital marketing agency in central Newcastle, as they looking for a dynamic Head of Performance to lead there performance marketing team on a fixed-term basis.
This role will cover maternity leave and focus on optimising campaign impact while shaping digital marketing excellence.

The Head of Performance Marketing will be a critical player, leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing across both organic and paid channels. You will be responsible for maximising ROI for our clients by driving high-impact campaigns that are grounded in data insights, market trends, and advanced analytics. This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership, a deep understanding of digital performance marketing, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
