Morva Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Installation Manager to join our team.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects across the UK, developing and implementing effective operational management strategies, and working closely with the Head of Installs to shape the success of each project.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise 12 Supervisors and their experienced gangs.
* Drive multiple projects across the UK, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
* Work closely with the Head of Installs to shape the success of each project.
* Develop and implement effective operational management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in a construction or installation industry.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
