We’re seeking a friendly and guest-focused individual to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for players and visitors at the Elite Performance and Innovation Centre. You will provide support in general administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
The role is 37.5 hours a week, to follow the football schedule including weekend working.
Core Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
* Provide high-quality service to staff, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
* Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner
* Greet and direct visitors, players, coaches, and staff members
Reception and Front of House Duties:
* Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages and directing inquiries to appropriate departments
* Manage the booking of appointments, meetings, and facility tours
* Ensure meeting spaces are set to requirements prior to arranged meetings
* Support the Security Team to ensure all visitors sign in and understand and adhere to health and safety protocols whilst on site
Communication:
* Liaise with various departments within the club to facilitate smooth operations, including the Guest Services teams at both St Andrew’s Stadium and Knighthead Performance Centre
* Assist with communication and coordination for events held at the training ground
Administrative Support:
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
* Take responsibility for ensuring that all stationery supplies are always at the required levels, and order as required
Other Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all the Policies and Procedures contained within the Staff Handbook, paying regard to the Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and Health & Safety Policies and procedures at all times
* Any other duties as deemed necessary by your Line Manager or Head of Department within the scope of the role
