Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy and varied team. This role is perfect for someone with solid previous office-based customer service experience who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
3. Providing detailed product information and guidance
4. Processing orders and managing customer accounts
5. Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
6. Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
1. Proven office-based customer service experience
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
4. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
