Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Recruiter located in Telford. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment efforts with hiring managers. The Lead Recruiter will also ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, work closely with the senior leadership team to manage recruitment metrics, and develop strategies to attract top talent. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen understanding of the recruitment landscape.
Qualifications
* Experience in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates
* A minimum of 2 years of external recruitment experience in any of the following sectors: Construction, Logistics, or IT.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
* Organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape
* Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and HR teams
* Previous experience in outsourcing is desirable.
