About the job
Data Processing Specialist play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of CGA services by ensuring that harmonisation (matching) of data and classification of dictionaries is completed in line with CGA’s world class standards. Each analyst is assigned to a specific CGA territory and practice area, but works collaboratively within the Data Preparation team to make sure dictionaries are maintained accurately, data integrity is sustained at a high standard and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
1. Matching on-premise large and varied datasets to our in house global dictionaries.
2. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of CGA services by ensuring that harmonisation (matching) of data and classification of dictionaries is completed in line with CGA’s world class standards.
3. They will work collaboratively within the Data Preparation team to make sure dictionaries are maintained accurately.
4. Completing daily QC processes on matched data.
5. Working towards weekly and monthly delivery deadlines.
6. Liaising with own team and other departments by Teams chat/calls, emails, and office meetings.
Requirements
7. Working as a team as well on own initiative
8. Has sufficient communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues
9. Responds to emails and queries in a timely and professional manner, escalating for support where required
10. Nice to have: Proficiency in anotherlanguage
11. Good eye for detail
12. Willingness to learn new skills.
