Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, typical duties are likely to include: Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies. Posting bank transactions and journals. Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software. Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices. Reconciling statements. Managing the accounts email inbox. Sending out sales ledger copy invoices. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including a Level 5 or above in Mathematics and English. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. High attention to detail and pride in work product. Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remaining composed during busy periods. Proactive in assisting other team members. Good communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of internal and external contacts. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
