Develop and implement strategic plans for staff succession, cross-site best practices, and multifunctional synergy linking. Ensure operational processes align with plans, focusing on cost control, risk management, and continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality output materials. Design, implement, and review safe work systems to reduce risks, while monitoring performance against targets and addressing shortfalls. Support and develop direct reports through coaching, training, and performance management, ensuring adherence to all HR policies and procedures. Manage planned preventative maintenance programs, business continuity plans, and act as part of the emergency coordination team. Identify and implement improvement strategies focusing on availability and operational expenditures, while supporting future growth and plant development. Maintain product regulatory compliance, including HACCP, food contact recycled plastics, REACH, and cosmetics regulations, while managing critical supplier relationships and overseeing capital expenditure. What we're looking for: Extensive experience in plastics recycling or manufacturing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector. Proven track record in facility management or operations leadership, showcasing ability to guide teams and manage complex processes. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies, with a commitment to optimizing operations. Experience in plant commissioning is highly desirable, demonstrating ability to oversee new facility setup and integration. Proven ability to manage and deliver on contracts, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. What's next?
