As a key member of Chip’s growth team, you’ll be joining the investments squad to collaborate closely with our Head of Engagement and CRM Marketing Manager to craft engaging emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards that drive results and delight our customers—primarily within our Investments vertical.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition into the dynamic world of fintech and marketing. If you already have a couple of years of experience but don’t feel ready for a managerial role, we’d love to hear from you as well!
While extensive experience isn’t required, we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, the ability to stay composed under pressure, strong numerical skills, and a genuine passion for investment products or personal finance.
What you can expect to be doing:
* Assist the CRM Marketing Manager in building, optimising, and reporting on our CRM activities to help develop a world-class CRM engine.
* Contribute to the creation of smart automations that deliver emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards.
* Assist the investment squad in the development of strategies to convert new customers into active investors, increase investments from existing customers, and retain our engaged investor base.
* Collaborate with the content team to craft messaging that delights customers and strengthens our brand.
* Partner with the customer insights team to analyse our database, creating tailored customer segments for personalised communications.
* Work closely with the engineering team to help leverage new features and capabilities from Braze, our CRM platform.
