About the role… This role is key in supporting front line service delivery ensuring vehicles are maintained in an efficient and cost effective manner. You will be responsible for fleet administration duties including communication with both external and internal customers, liaising with workshop staff, facilitating orders and managing supply chain interactions. You will need a degree of flexibility and commitment to the role providing the highest standard of services whilst providing timely and accurate filing of records whilst working with our Fleet management System. You will need… Experience with the requirements of Fleet compliance or similar experience. Be organised and able to work on own initiative and part of a team. To have excellent all round administrative skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with some experience of using bespoke computer systems. To communicate clearly and effectively.
