You will be expected to provide diary management, such as booking appointments and to maintain records, both paper and electronic, and coordinate clinics. You will also be required to take minutes at professional and team meetings.You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. It willbe expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover for service opening hours and able to cover for times ofabsence.The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, be confident and assertiveand able to work autonomously using your own initiative. AMSPAR Diploma is essential (or 2 years experience in NHS setting) along with atyping speed of at least 60 WPM.
