Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sourcing Specialist with expertise in indirect categories and a strong background in procurement, sourcing, and supplier contracts. In this role, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives, manage Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and ensure seamless, compliant, and value-driven procurement operations. Key Responsibilities: Support sourcing initiatives across indirect categories. Manage procurement processes, supplier contracts, and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) procedures. Negotiate effectively to ensure the best commercial outcomes. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and legal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements. Provide guidance in procurement practices, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to legal frameworks. Support implementation and delivery of Procurement Policy and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and regulations Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements, cost savings and risk mitigation. Requirements: Strong knowledge of procurement operations, policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Relevant qualifications in procurement such as CIPS, supply chain management or related field is desirable Location & Workplace Type: This is a 12 month FTC position, taking on a hybrid working model based in Belfast or Newry, NI.
