About The Role Position: Resource Partner (9-12 month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Unit 7, Orbit Business Park, Alfred Eley Cl, Swadlincote DE11 0WU (or Coventry) Hybrid Working Salary: Competitive Reporting into: Resource Manager Hours per week: 37.5 Job Profile: Restore is seeking a qualified Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and acquiring new talent. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating innovative sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, as well as coaching them through the process. Additionally, the role involves managing stakeholder expectations and providing guidance on best practices. This position will handle up to 25-30 permanent and FTC vacancies at a time for Back-Office and Warehouse Operations across Restore UK sites, from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance. Responsibilities: Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications. Agree on timeframes and manage hiring manager expectations to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media. Review, advise, and report to the Resource Manager on the ROI of job boards and other paid channels. Develop attraction strategies to reduce reliance on agency workers and provide relevant advice to hiring managers. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future resourcing needs. Improve the inclusivity of adverts, approach, resourcing channels, and imagery, including networking. Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business. Screen CVs and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation. Maintain the Eploy ATS, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations. Provide coaching and guidance to junior-level recruiting staff. Proactively feedback to clients and colleagues any relevant market information. About You: Must-Have Experience: Proven ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, the People Team, Operations Managers, and third-party suppliers. Experience in fast-paced, Logistics, and Operative recruitment. Comfortable managing multiple and competing priorities. Experience in delivering recruitment solutions and meeting demand in a multi-unit organisation. Familiarity with ATS systems (similar to Eploy or Eploy).
