Responsibilities : Develop and own the Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar, ensuring a structured and strategic approach to product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail execution. Lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and maximize ROI. Create compelling trade marketing strategies, including in-store activations, POS materials, and retail partnerships to drive sell-through. Oversee the design and distribution of POS packs for international distributors, ensuring seamless implementation and brand consistency across markets. Build and manage PR and influencer marketing campaigns, securing key media coverage and developing strategic partnerships with creators, journalists, and bloggers. Develop a data-driven approach to marketing by setting clear KPIs, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing based on insights. Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align content strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all digital and offline channels. Identify and test new growth strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact from every investment. About you: 6 years of proven marketing experience ideally in the fragrance, beauty, or FMCG sectors. Experience in leading marketing strategy from conception to execution, with a strong track record of delivering results. Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distributor-led marketing, with the ability to tailor strategies for different markets. Demonstrated ability to manage PR campaigns and influencer partnerships with a measurable impact on brand growth. Experience owning and managing marketing budgets, with a focus on maximising ROI. • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with expertise in performance tracking, customer insights, and KPI optimization. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and build a high performing team. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proficiency in digital marketing, paid media, and social media strategy is a strong advantage. Experience working in international markets and an understanding of regional marketing nuances.
