About You
We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, someone who is motivated and ambitious holding a strong desire to succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication is crucial for this role as you will be cultivating relationships with key business decision makers. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong commercial awareness.
About the Role
In this role you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and relationship-building. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to meet clients needs while serving as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries.
You will be enrolled in our 3-month Furza Sales Academy, providing you with robust training to become a target attaining salesperson. Include:
£28,000 basic salary + OTE (estimated £10k in the first year)
