Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious SEND Teaching Assistant to join an SEND Secondary School in Chester to work on a long-term basis.
You'll be joining a supportive school, focused on inclusion and equality.

What You'll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
2. Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
3. Track student progress and wellbeing, sharing feedback with staff and parents
4. Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Essential Qualifications:
1. Understanding of various SEND needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
2. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
3. Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
4. Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
