Role: Service Contracts Co-Ordinator Location: Livingston Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday Interview process: 2-stage process (virtual and then in-person) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Contracts Administrator to join a fast growing technology company. AVMI Kinly Ltd is the UK’s leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions and is expanding rapidly overseas as well as developing a number of market leading innovations. This role is working within the Service Operations sector of our business within an established team of 8 people. Main duties Gain working knowledge of contract & asset databases within Service Now Sending contract renewal documentation to internal Account Managers/Directors in accordance with renewal process and timelines Working with AM to secure recurring revenue orders/POs Database administration, creating new and amending existing records within the database to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client inventories and recurring revenue contract database Gathering of information and administration of back to back underpinning contracts covered by a 3rd party, ensuring information is added to database for use by Kinly service desks Timeously dealing with service desk queries relating the current and expired contracts Working with sales account managers on pending contract proposals Liaising with manufacturers to gather information on support specifications, underpinning contracts and pricing Develop a knowledge of the service portfolio of AVMI Kinly Ltd to understand entitlements sold to our clients Processing renewals to the finance department for invoicing and revenue recognition Creating purchase requests for support procured from third parties Updating Hubspot to maintain sales pipeline accuracy Any other tasks (deemed as being within your capability) as required by the Company SKILLS PROFILE Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good numerical skills essential Attention to detail Administration experience Accomplished organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure Good solid knowledge of Excel including basic functions as spreadsheets are used daily in this role Working knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy customer facing role, which required the ability to work well under pressure and to complete tasks in a timely fashion This role will suit someone who enjoys working with numbers and understands basic Excel and Word functions If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.
