BNB Property Services specializes in providing services to the short-term rental market. The company is based in Edinburgh, offering on-site financial assistant services to support its operations in the vibrant rental industry.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced finance assistant to join our business and support the financial day-to-day activities. This is a hybrid position as most tasks can be performed online, however we will require some office attendance as well.
Location
Although this position is hybrid we need a person local to Edinburgh as team meetings will be held in our head quarters.
Duties
* Manage cashflow of the business daily. Manage creditors and debtors.
* Create and send invoices to customers promptly. Ensure each invoice is paid on time.
* Manage company budgets and financial KPI’s.
* All bookkeeping, accountancy, VAT returns.
* Provide financial reports to the Director which allow informed tactical/strategic decisions to be made.
* Create and develop systems relevant to the Finance department.
Qualifications
* Analytical Skills, Finance, and Accounting proficiency
* Invoicing expertise
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
* Ability to work effectively in a team setting
* Relevant degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
